Exchange and Returning
Upon receipt of your order, you have 30 days to return it without giving a reason. Of course, we would appreciate feedback on our orders, so if you would like to share the reason for the return, we would love to hear it.
Please note that the product must be in complete new condition upon return, as well as the packaging in which the product arrived. Front more information on this, we refer to our General Terms and Conditions.
Returns
Free returns are available. You can register your order via our online portal. After registration, you will receive a free return label from us with which you can return your order free of charge. If you are from the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, you can drop off your package at a DHL parcel point. If you are returning from France, Ireland or another European country, please drop off your package at a UPS pick-up point.
Note: always make sure to front a form/paper with your order number and name, so that we can get started as soon as we have received the return shipment.
