Exchange and Returning
After receiving your order, you have 30 days to return it without giving a reason. Of course, we appreciate feedback on our orders, so if you would like to share the reason for your return, we would be happy to hear it.
Please note that the product must be returned in completely new condition, as well as the packaging in which the product was delivered. For more information, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions.
Returns
Returns are free with us. You can register your order for this via the online portal. After registration, you will receive a free return label from us with which you can return your order free of charge. If you are from the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany, drop off your package at a DHL parcel point. If you are returning from France, Ireland, or another European country, please drop off your package at a UPS pick-up point.
Note: always make sure to include a form/paper with your order number and name so that we can start processing as soon as we receive the return shipment.
We do our utmost to arrange this as quickly as possible, and you will always be kept informed by email.
Exchanges
Have you received your new dashcam but would prefer a different VIOFO dashcam? Send us an email at info@viofo.nl and we will assist you with exchanging your new dashcam!
Defect
Are you experiencing problems with your dashcam? Please contact info@viofo.nl. For a defective unit, we ask that you return the dashcam and we will resolve the issue. If this is not possible and the dashcam is found to be defective, you will receive a new unit. If your warranty has expired, you will receive a discount code for ordering a new unit.
