Thanks to the built-in microphone, you can record sound in and around the car. You can switch this off again if desired. You connect the WM1 via a 2.4 Ghz WiFi connection and operate it via the VIOFO app, which allows you to adjust settings, view examples or download images to your phone.

The built-in Sony STARVIS sensor gives you excellent images in 1440P 30 fps, capturing essential details such as road signs and license plates, both day and night. After the trip you immerse yourself in images as you saw it with your own eyes. The Sony Starvis sensor with 7G 1.8 aperture lens provides detailed images. This sensor improves the dynamic range in low light and reduces noise, allowing you to retain all details, even during night shots.
The tube-like design without display and the flexible holder for an optimal viewing angle make the VIOFO WM1 the most user-friendly dashcam available today. Afraid of poor visibility? You simply place the cam behind your rear-view mirror, so it hardly gets in the way and your view is never compromised at any time.
GPS registration and convenient parking mode
Thanks to the supplied GPS, the WM1 displays the current speed, which can be of decisive importance in the event of an incident. In addition, it remembers the location and route during recording.
The intelligent parking mode monitors your car when you are not there. You then have a choice of three options: (1) the cam automatically records 35 seconds when it detects moving images, (2) records a timelapse in low frames without audio, or (3) records continuously in a mini file size. All these options will help you save more space on your Micro SD card.
The WM1 is equipped with a supercapacitor, which ensures that the camera can withstand extreme heat and cold. This guarantees you a long lifespan in any weather.
