The VIOFO RWC400 is a waterproof rear camera for situations where you need clear images outside the vehicle. With 2K video, HDR, and an IP67 housing, you can mount this camera outside without problems. The RWC400 is an expansion for the A329S and A329T.

2K image quality

The RWC400 records in 2K at 30 fps and uses the Sony STARVIS 2 IMX675 sensor. Details remain clearly visible, both during the day and at night. The higher resolution provides a sharper image behind the vehicle, which helps capture situations that occur on the road.

Dust and waterproof

With the IP67 rating, the camera is completely dustproof and resistant to heavy rain. The lens has a hydrophobic coating, so water droplets are less likely to stick and visibility remains clear. This allows you to mount the camera outside on the vehicle without weather or dirt affecting recording quality.

HDR for better details

Thanks to HDR, large differences in lighting are corrected. This makes license plates and other details more visible when vehicles behind have bright lights. The image remains calmer and more usable in high-contrast conditions, such as driving in the dark or against the light.

Flexible mounting

The camera can be mounted on the rear window or above the license plate. This is useful for vehicles without a usable rear window or when the window is tinted. The set comes with cables of various lengths between 3 and 15 m, allowing you to mount the camera almost anywhere you want. This makes the RWC400 also suitable for longer vehicles such as pickups, vans, and trailers.
